Confetti used is only organic material please for example flowers, herbs, leaves etc.
Candles should be placed in holders, if you have candelabras you will need a table runner underneath for the wax dripping on the table. NO candles will be allowed without a candle holder or glass vase to place them in, if not adhered to Die Woud has the authority to remove the candles from the tables.
Ask your MC to announce that the smoking area is around the fire pits only and please do not throw your cigarette butt on the ground, help us protect our beautiful nature.
Die Woud provides you with a fully stocked bar, glasses and ice for your wedding. No outside alcohol can be brought in. With the exception of wine & champagne where corkage will be charged after the wedding on bottles consumed.
Yes, we request that DJs or bands provide their own sound equipment and we’ll provide the dance floor. We have multiple outlets around the entire building to accommodate DJ or band equipment.
From 8am on the day of wedding.
Die Woud has a 13-seater shuttle which can do multiple trips to and from the venue. If bigger shuttles are needed, we can always source another local shuttle company to accommodate your needs.
We have ramps available throughout the venue and disabled bathroom facilities.
Complimentary parking is available in front of the venue.
Our wattle forest outside ceremony area is included in the venue with a wooden altar and wooden pews.
You’ll get the venue from 8am (for setup) until 12am. We do charge additionally per hour after 12 with the max extend time of 2am.
Our venue fee includes tables, chairs, cutlery & crockery, glassware and white napkins. Should you wish to use anything else other than what we provide it will be for your own account.
Our tables can seat 6 guests (three per side) or 8 guests (two on either end).
Our on-site kitchen and staff are fully equipped to cater for all your guests dietary requirement needs.
Our venue has no noise restrictions but a strict policy on cut off to be on time.
